Refund policy

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell, and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.

For your convenience, items purchased in-store, by phone, or on our website dixieflag.com can be returned to Dixie Flag & Banner Company at 1930 N Interstate 35, San Antonio, TX 78208. For items ordered online, customers can also email onlineorder@dixieflag.com. Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days in unused, new, 100% saleable condition and in the original packaging with your receipt or packing slip.

Custom orders are made specifically for you, the customer, per your specifications (size, shape, colors, etc.). Thus, once a custom order has been approved and is in production, it cannot be canceled, refunded, refused, or returned. We generally do not accept returns or refunds unless there is a significant manufacturing error on our part. Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellation may be possible with a partial refund depending on the stage of production. 

All defective merchandise and damage and shortage claims should be made within 30 days of delivery.

Returns with a receipt: If you paid with cash or check, we’ll refund your purchase by check. If you paid by credit card, we'll credit the account used for payment.  

Returns without a receipt: If you don't have your receipt, your return is eligible only for an in–store credit for the lowest selling price within the previous 30 days. Valid government identification is required for all non–receipted returns. We carefully monitor returns and in some cases returns made or without a receipt may be refused. Dixie Flag reserves the right to deny any return without a receipt.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
