For your convenience, items purchased in-store, by phone, or on our website dixieflag.com can be returned to Dixie Flag Manufacturing Company at 1930 N. Pan Am, San Antonio, TX 78208. Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in the original packaging with your receipt or packing slip.
All defective merchandise and damage and shortage claims should be made within 30 days of delivery.
Returns with a receipt: If you paid with cash or check, we’ll refund your purchase by check. If you paid by credit card, we'll credit the account used for payment.
Returns without a receipt: If you don't have your receipt, your return is eligible only for an in–store credit for the lowest selling price within the previous 30 days. Valid government identification is required for all non–receipted returns. We carefully monitor returns and in some cases returns made or without a receipt may be refused. Dixie Flag reserves the right to deny any return without a receipt.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
